Description

The invitation to tender concerns the transport of our activities on a non-scheduled basis in the territory of the member municipalities and elsewhere in Finland, as well as abroad, such as sports/recreation days and seminars for students and/or staff, study trips, business trips and training trips.
The Municipal Association for Education in the Oulu Region reserves the right to carry out transport related to the procurement during the contract period also on its own work and with its own means of transport.
In future purchases, the subscriber is entitled to deviate from the examples of comparison product groups and does not undertake to subscribe to the examples of those product groups, but to order the trips he/she needs. As a general rule, travel takes place on working days. The contracting entity has no known destinations and the number of trips.
Transport needs vary and the subscriber must offer a suitable car; well equipped tourist bus, minibus or normal bus. If the subscriber has a need for cars with fewer than 32 seats, the offer will be requested separately.
The contract to be awarded on the basis of that invitation to tender does not preclude the use of other service providers for study trips, etc., for which the students pay for the transport themselves.
