The subject of the contract is: Delivery of sterile medical devices for procedures performed in the Laboratory of Food Endoscopy of the Strusia Multi-specialist Municipal Hospital in Poznań The subject of the order is described in detail in the tender price form constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and its integral part. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The subject of the contract was divided into 1-8 packages (parts). The subject-matter of the contract also includes the deposit of the complete ‘line’ of equipment covered by the contract in packages 1 to 4 for use according to the current needs of the Food Endoscopy Laboratory.
