Description

Die Augusta-Kranken-Anstalt Bochum-Mitte plant auf eigenem Grundstück an der Bergstraße ein freistehendes 3-geschossiges Flachdachgebäude in konventioneller Bauweise mit 72 Betten und einer Verbindungsbrücke zum bestehenden Krankenhaus. Das zu bebauende Grundstück befindet sich am nord-östlichen Rand des Gesamtkomplexes, angrenzend an die Zeppelinstraße. Die Gebäudehöhe des Hauptgebäudes beträgt ca. 12 m und deren Aufbauten (Technik und Treppenhaus) liegen bei ca. 14,75 m. Die Dachflächen werden als Flachdach ausgeführt. Es werden zwei Lichthöfe entstehen die über 1 bzw. 2 Etagen gehen.
