Description

The Ministry of Climate and Environment shall procure consulting services to assist the ministry's purchase of carbon credits under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). The assignment will consist of providing advice to the Ministry of Climate and Environment will undertake an independent evaluation of carbon credit projects. The most important aim of the evaluation is to carry out a general quality control and provide the Ministry with good analysis of individual projects, including a quantitative probability for the project delivering credits as well as a qualitative assessment of the relevant properties of individual projects. The consultant shall also perform general analysis of the carbon credit market.
