Description

The eCA wishes to use a public contract to take out a defined contribution group insurance (branch 21) for all new staff recruited from 1.5.2017 who will be entitled to such insurance in their salary package. For each worker, a bonus will therefore be paid monthly, the amount of which the supplementary retirement pension will ultimately be payable is not known in advance; it will depend on the return on the investments of the insurance undertaking and on the length of time during which the contributions are paid and invested.
