Description

Calcium formate in the amount of 300 kg. Description of the subject of the contract - quality parameters: calcium salt of formic acid - calcium formate - 99% - calcium from 30 to 31% - lead - max. - 10 mg/kg - cadmium - max. - 2 mg/kg - mercury - max. - 0.1mg/kg - white or only white crystalline powder. The rate of VAT according to the category of food for animals, which is classified in the Combined Nomenclature (CN) chapters (codes), listed in Annex 10 to the Law on VAT. Each delivery must be accompanied by an attestation of product quality. In order to confirm the information on the above-mentioned quality parameters of the product, the Ordering Party requires that the measure of evidence in question be attached to the offer. The ordering party is a taxpayer of agricultural tax and the ordered product will be used for its own needs.
