BA, Architectural Services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI, The University Hospital Tübingen (UKT) and the State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by Vermögens und Bau Baden-Württemberg - Amt Tübingen, are planning the construction of a new medical clinic (NMK) in two construction phases. Preparatory or parallel to the start of construction, the existing buildings on the construction site must be demolished. The buildings are typically polluted with various pollutants during the construction period. Pollutant removal must take place before the building is demolished. The service includes the demolition application up to the construction management of the demolition including the construction management of the pollutant removal.
