The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the development, maintenance, technical assistance, training and updating of the ZZL System and the related Documentation System. Time limit for performance of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract for a period of 24 months 8.3 Information for contractors jointly applying for the contract (e.g. Consortium, civil law partnerships) 8.3.1 The contracting authority in relation to the contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract with regard to the condition relating to technical or professional capacity allows the contractors to meet the condition jointly 8.3.2 Fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure by the contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract will be verified by the contracting authority in accordance with Art. 2 and 3 of the PPL Act. 8.3.3 Contractors jointly applying for a contract, together with the tender, shall submit a statement indicating which scope of the subject of the contract will be performed by each Contractor. This statement is attached as Annex 9 to the FTZ 40. FINAL INFORMATION 40.1 The Ordering Party does not provide: 40.1.1. the conclusion of a framework agreement; 40.1.2. submission of an offer conditional on the Contractor's carrying out an on-site inspection or verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Contracting Authority (Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Act) verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Contracting Authority; 40.1.3. submission of variants and partial tenders; 40.1.4. settlement in foreign currencies; 40.1.5. electronic auction 40.1.6. reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings; 40.1.7. the requirement or possibility of submitting tenders in the form of electronic catalogues· or attaching electronic catalogues to the tender; 40.1.8. award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act 40.2 The Employer provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option under Article 441 of the Public Procurement Act. The right of option includes: 40.2.1. execution of a maximum of 20 000 man-hours of additional work – the exact scope of work covered by the option is described in § 13 of the Agreement; The Employer reserves that, under the option right, it may successively commission, within the existing needs, separate additional works covering a different number of Man-hours, with the proviso that the total number of Man-hours of additional works may not exceed 20 000; The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the pool of additional works covered by the option law. 40.2.2. extension of the warranty period and technical assistance by a maximum of 12 months - under the option right to extend the warranty period and technical assistance, the Ordering Party may order successively on the basis of separate orders covering a different number of months, with the proviso that the total number of months of extension of the warranty period and technical assistance may not exceed 12 months; detailed conditions for the exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party are described in § 14 of the Agreement Detailed provisions regarding the exercise of the option right are contained in Annex No. 1 to the OPZ. (SOPZ) and in the model contract (Annex No. 7 to the SWZ) 40.3 The Ordering Party did not conduct preliminary market consultations before initiating the procedure. 40.4 Scope and conditions of amendments to the concluded contract - issues relating to the contract are regulated in the model contract Annex 7 to the FTZ The Contracting Authority does not specify the requirements for employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract, because the performance of these activities does not, in the Contracting Authority's opinion, consist in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974.
