Description

The subject of the contract is the construction of a road system in the area of Bytomska and Szyb Franciszek streets in Zabrze together with accompanying infrastructure, i.e. the construction of pavements, bicycle paths, bus bays, road culverts, road system drainage, construction and reconstruction of the network of terrain armament and road lighting and technological channels. The aim of the investment is to: ‘Creating conditions for the development of investment areas in the former Biskupice mine at ul. The Franciszek shaft in Zabrze’ aims to improve the traffic conditions and safety of road users on the existing section of Bytomska Street and to make the investment areas of the city of Zabrze available. The subject of this contract is the construction work described in Part III of the FTZ. The project documentation for the investment task was developed by An Archi Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice at ul. Chorzowska 64. The investment is located on plots in relation to which the Ordering Party declares that it has real estate for construction purposes. The task is co-financed by the Government Fund Polish Deal: Strategic Investment Programme – 7th edition – The Contracting Authority received the Preliminary Promise NR Edycja7RSP/2023/339/PolskiLad.
