The subject-matter of the performance of the public contract is the educational services provided on the basis of the Framework Contract concluded in accordance with Section 124 of the Act with three tenderers for the performance of this public contract specified in Annex 1 to this tender documentation entitled ‘Specification of the subject-matter of the public contract’.
