AQ-SMAVAC-2024 - Framework Agreement for Maintenance of Technical Systems for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Legionella Detection and Control, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) throughout the National Territory, through the provision of simple preventive maintenance services, complete preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance through a bag of hours in compliance with requirements, specifications, options and service levels, including all consumables designated as rapid wear, necessary in all inspection, verification and active and passive intervention actions/activities, and the supply of filters for the correct and normal operation of equipment
