Services for the implementation of the Programme Evaluation Plan for Social Inclusion and Dignity 2021 – 2027 According to the PoIDS Evaluation Plan, the evaluation will cover the following 5 components: 1. Assessing the implementation of CLLD, inclusion and poverty reduction measures in terms of relevance, effectiveness, coherence, capacity for implementation, and assessing the assessability of the impact of the same measures (Priorities 1-10). 2. Impact assessment of CLLD, inclusion and poverty reduction measures and analysis of effectiveness in achieving results for the same measures (Priorities 1-10). 3.Impact assessment of PoIDS interventions in the field of Technical Assistance (P11) and horizontal issues 4.Ad hoc assessments according to identified needs, 5. Carrying out activities to increase the evaluation capacity in DG PECU (AM PoIDS), Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 The contracting authority will reply to all clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders
