Description

the existing gymnasium of Les Savarières no longer meets current needs with a dilapidated state. A new sports equipment project is launched to replace the existing one that will be deconstructed later (outside the project). In particular, the project will have to respond to current environmental challenges: health / comfort / quality of the built envelope / reduction of carbon impact / energy saving / rainwater management / control of loads and operating costs. As part of this project, the installation of photovoltaic panels is planned. The project remains under the RT 2012 however, the performance target of the developer corresponds to the E+C- label with minimum levels E3 and C1 with integration of bio-based materials.
The provisional financial envelope allocated to the works is EUR 4 950 000.00 excluding VAT (value 01/2023). The mission entrusted is a basic one: ESQ-APS-APD-PRO-ACT-EXE-DET-AOR complemented by an ISS mission
