Description

1 ks Multifunctional test bench for fast charging stations. The subject of demand is the technical assignment of a multifunctional test bench for fast charging stations. Charging stations of between 10 kW and 55 kW shall be tested and tested on this technical device. The test bench will allow testing of the charging station under long-term load (outside the Mennekes socket test, here only the output voltage will be verified) by simulating the electric vehicle that is being charged. During this test, the bench will collect and process diagnostic signals. Such as input and output voltage and current of the charging station, efficiency, cos, temperature of charging station elements, communication between charging station and simulated electric vehicle. At the same time, it will allow for the measurement of the clamp voltage both at the input and at the outlet of the charging station.
1 s of winding parts retractor for charging stations. The subject of the technical specification is a technical specification on a winding retractor optimised on the roll of the wrapped parts for charging stations. The winding retractor shall include a reeling device with a material feeder (supplier) and a handling technique for simple handling of already wound parts.
1 ks Impregnating Cure PEC for wrapped parts. The subject of the technical specification is an impregnating curing kiln for wrapped parts.The maximum curing temperature shall be 180 °C.
1 ks Vacuum impregnation equipment. The subject of the technical specification is a technical specification for vacuum pressure impregnation equipment optimised for the impregnation of wrapped parts for charging stations. Vacuopressure impregnation serves to improve the insulating properties of electrical components, mainly coils and transformer windings. The finished products shall be placed in a pressure vessel from which air is extracted.
1 Ks Devices for vacuuming watered pieces. The subject of the technical specification is a technical specification for vacuum equipment for watered winding parts for charging stations. Vacuuming of watered winding components serves to improve the insulating properties of electrotechnical components, mainly coils and transformer windings. The finished products are placed in a vacuum vessel from which air is extracted.
