Na 1ª fase já foram executados os trabalhos de escavação, fundações, muros de suporte e estruturas abaixo do piso 0 incluindo esta laje de piso, mas excluindo a laje de piso térreo. Na presente fase (2ª fase) serão englobados todos restantes trabalhos necessários para a execução do edifício referente ao lote 36 e ao parque de estacionamento, contemplando as restantes especialidades indicadas nas medições e mapa de quantidades.
