Description

The construction work shall be put out to tender as a main contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Act in accordance with this contract notice. The contract notice and tender specifications shall set out the formal conditions for the conduct of the procurement process. It is therefore important that those applying for pre-qualification, and later the successful tenderers, familiarise themselves thoroughly with these documents. The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure (pursuant to Sections 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act) with prior pre-qualification. As the needs of the Contracting Entity cannot be met without adaptation of already available solutions.
