Sewerage and sewerage services
The City of Kotka (contracting entity, client) requests a tender for the emptying of sewage and grease wells, sealed tanks and oil separators located in the areas of the buildings it owns, in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The procurement is subject to a fixed-term one (1) year contract with one service provider (provider, supplier). The Customer has the right, by unilateral decision, to extend the fixed-term contract period of one (1) year by introducing a two (2) year period option. If the customer activates the option, the terms of the contract to be put out to tender will apply to it as such. The procurement documents indicate the current estimated one-year service needs identified by the contracting entity during the preparation of the procurement. The customer does not commit to certain amounts of procurement. The drainage interval and work order of the wells are agreed with the city's property management. The aim is to carry out emptyings by area in a centralised manner. The service provider is responsible for the up-to-dateness of the permits related to its operations and undertakes to act in accordance with the laws, regulations and decrees in force in the sector at any given time. Tenderers have the opportunity, if they so wish, to familiarise themselves with the sites before submitting their tender. The visit will be agreed in advance with the representative of the contracting entity as of 22 July 2024: Service Manager Sirpa Aalto, +358 40 668 2162, sirpa.aalto@kotka.fi Parallel, part or alternative offers are not allowed.
