STATNETT SF STAGE 2 qualification system
Statnett SF uses the qualification system Achilles Utilities Nordics & Central Europe (ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE) as a basis for establishing bidders lists for its procurements. ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE is a qualification system for suppliers and contractors to the utilities sector in Northern and Central Europe. Suppliers must fulfil certain minimum qualification requirements to be registered in the qualification system. In addition, Statnett SF also establishes separate qualification systems with more specific qualification requirements, named STATNETT SF STAGE 2 qualification system, for different types of equipment, materials and services to substations and transmission lines. Only suppliers who have been qualified via ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE (STAGE 1) are invited to submit an application to STATNETT SF STAGE 2 qualification. Statnett SF has established a separate qualification system for ACOUSTIC LIGHT SYSTEM. The gender neutral preferred is Tor Solberg, tor.solberg@statnett.no, +47 902 03 231. The corresponding codes in ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE are: 2.8.22, 3.3.19 and 3.6.99.
