Description

CEA Grenoble has recently acquired a JEOL NeoARM transmission electron microscope (TEM) and wishes to acquire a cryogenic transfer module. This supply must be capable of meeting the following minimum technical requirements: o The proposed CMOS camera must be axis retractable and easily integrated into a JEOL NEOARM transmission electron microscope. o The proposed equipment must meet the advanced requirements of material science and biology applications, including rapid acquisition of diffraction images and shots. o The camera must have a user interface capable of collecting and displaying HAADF and EDS X-ray images.
