The purpose of the framework agreement is to implement the CNRS Training Management information system, including ancillary services required by system developments (training, change management, expertise, etc.), in a mode hosted on a CNRS infrastructure (On Premise) or on an infrastructure of the publisher, or even its hosting provider (Saas mode).
