Description

The subject of these contracts is the acquisition of audiovisual equipment for professional use (video, light, sound), as well as installation, maintenance and associated consumables for the City and the Caisse des Ecoles de Levallois. Photographic equipment shall be excluded from the scope of the contract. These contracts are subject to the provisions of the Code of Public Order. This document is referred to as the ‘Code’ in all the documents in the consultation and is described as a supply contract for Lots 1 to 4 and a service contract for Lot 5, and is governed by the provisions of the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public contracts for ‘Current Supplies and Services’ approved by Order of 30 March 2021. They are awarded according to the open tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-1 to 5 of the Code. They constitute 5 framework agreements with purchase orders subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. The maximum total value of the contracts shall be EUR 1 870 000 excluding VAT, taking into account their duration and any renewals, to which shall be added the total annual flat-rate price for preventive maintenance services for Lot 5. Each of the contracts will be awarded to a single contractor for a maximum period of two years, including renewals
