Verification of design solutions developed by the Contractor at the stage of the Executive Project (PW) in the field of tunnel equipment and its infrastructure, Tunnel Safety Documentation and during the execution of works, in terms of, among others, correctness, safety, legitimacy and admissibility of, among others, assumptions, calculations, analyses, simulations and technologies, taking into account legal and contractual formal requirements, CVT and the best currently available technical knowledge (finalized with the issue of an unambiguous Position of scientific supervision); 8. Verification of the monitoring projects/programmes developed by the Contractor at the stage of preparatory work, drilling and tunnel operation (construction, initial and final housing, portals and transverse passages), landslides, monitoring system implementation projects (finalised with the release of the Scientific Supervision Post). 9. Analysis of the parameters of the rock mass at the stage of design works and during tunnel drilling, with the possibility of hydrocarbons (e.g. methane) ending with the issue of a scientific supervision post; 10. Verification and analysis of the working parameters of the TBM disc during drilling, completed with the issue of the Scientific supervision position; 11. Assessment of problems arising at the design and construction stage of the T-2 road tunnel and securing landslides resulting from the Contractor's claims, proposals for change or issued change orders, failures on the construction site together with a proposal for their solution/indication of solutions allowing for rational decisions to be taken by the Consultant and the Ordering Party (finalized with the issue of an Expertise). 12. Participation as part of the Stay on the contract of the Chief Expert on Scientific Supervision of the Republic of Poland.
