Description

The purpose of this contract is to set up project management assistance provided by an expert (urban architect). This assistance will support elected officials and departments on two distinct themes: 1. on the fields of architecture (lot 1), urban form and the consideration of the urban environment, in support of project leaders within the framework of the pre-project workshops 2. on the fields of urban planning (lot 2) by carrying out urban scoping studies on sectors whose overall footprint will not exceed 5ha. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum annual amount pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This single-awarded framework agreement will give rise to the issue of order forms by the Public Person, under the conditions laid down in Articles R.2162-13 and 14 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement shall be concluded within the limits of the minimum and maximum amounts fixed for the duration of the contract. Performance of the contract will be ordered by the issuing of order forms from the contracting authority, which may be issued until the last day of validity of the framework agreement.
