TRAVAUX DE RESTRUCTURATION D'UNE FERME ET DE CONSTRUCTION NEUVE D'UN AUDITORIUM La présente consultation concerne des travaux de restructuration d'une ferme, et de construction neuve d'un auditorium, sur le domaine du Jas de Bouffan à Aix-en -Provence (ancien domaine de la famille Cézanne). Plus précisément, l'opération globale de travaux concerne : - la construction d'un bâtiment neuf composé d'un auditorium, un office, ainsi que des vestiaires et sanitaires - la restructuration/réhabilitation d'une ferme, visant à abriter un centre cézannien de recherche et de documentation, ainsi que des salles pédagogiques et/ou d'expositions . Cette opération globale de travaux concerne 10 lots. La présente consultation concerne uniquement les lots 03, 04, 06, 09 et 10 (soit 5 lots). Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Chaque lot est un marché ordinaire à prix global et forfaitaire. Les autres lots (01, 02, 05, 07 et 08) ne sont pas concernés par la présente consultation
