Description

By means of a framework contract for a maximum duration of six years from the conclusion of the contract (planned from September 2026), a company is to be commissioned to plan and conduct the specialist congress for the social economy of the State Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Affairs (StMAS) in the coming years. The framework contract is to be made unilaterally binding, i.e. the contractor unilaterally undertakes vis-à-vis the client to provide the services stipulated in the contract on demand. The detailed description of the project is set out in the terms of reference.
