Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of hotel services (accommodation with breakfast, dinner) at events carried out at the Centre for Continuing Training and International Cooperation of the KSSiP in Lublin in 2026. The order is divided into 6 parts. 3. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in detail in Annex 2 to the FTZ. 4. The manner of performance of the subject of the contract is specified in detail in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 3 to the FTZ. 5. The contracting authority stipulates that it may first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated, as regards the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure – in accordance with Article 139 of the Public Procurement Act. 6. In cases where the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 1 point 2 and paragraph. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, this means that it allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. The Contractor who relies on equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate in the tender, in particular by the means of evidence in question, that the solution offered by him satisfies to an equivalent extent the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. The evidence referred to above shall not be supplemented. 7. The contracting authority intends to allocate to the financing of the contract: PLN 1,418,200.00 gross of which: Part 1: 175 560,00 zł gross Part 2: 241 280,00 zł gross Part 3: 248 240,00 zł gross Part 4: 255 200,00 zł gross Part 5: PLN 232 000,00 gross Part 6: 265 920,00 zł gross Details SWZ
