Description

Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße -Kommunales Jobcenter-, an approved local authority in accordance with Book II of the Social Code (SGB II), is planning to award a Health Service Point (SPG) at the Heppenheim (Lot 1) and Viernheim (Lot 2) locations. The Health Service Point supports the integration specialists of the client in clarifying health issues that are important for integration into work, determining the earning capacity according to § 44a SGB II as well as assessing the professional integration perspective. The aim of the Servicepoint Health is the professional assessment of health restrictions and their effects on performance, resilience, professional suitability, integration ability as well as the reasonableness of certain activities or measures. In addition, recommendations should be made on appropriate health-promoting, rehabilitative or integration-supporting support services. The service includes in particular: • socio-medical assessments, • psychological and psychiatric diagnostics, • professional opinions according to file status, • clearing procedures for complex health issues, • counselling services for integration specialists, • recommendations for health stabilization and professional integration. At the Heppenheim location, authorised persons from the areas of responsibility of the Bergstraße and Ried offices are looked after. At the Viernheim site, eligible persons from the Odenwald and Viernheim areas of responsibility are looked after.
