Description

The subject matter of the contract is: ‘ PROMOTION OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEM INTEGRATED BULGARIAN MARITIME MONITORING (INBULMARS) BASED ON A COMMON INFORMATION SHARING ENVIRONMENT (CISE) FOR MONITORING THE EU MARITIME TERRITORY’. Brief description of the activities related to the realization of the subject of the contract: Activity 1: Supply of data center upgrade equipment. Within the framework of this activity, the Contractor shall deliver the equipment and system software necessary to upgrade a data centre and to provide the infrastructure basis for the operation of the InBulMarS system. The requirements for the necessary equipment and system software necessary to upgrade a data center and to provide an infrastructure basis for the operation of the InBulMarS system are described in point 8 of the technical specification. Activity 2: Installation and configuration of the delivered equipment. Within the framework of this activity, the Contractor shall provide installation, configuration and preparation services for the operation of the delivered equipment so as to provide a functional, secure and sustainable infrastructure environment for the InBulMarS system. The requirements and scope of the services are described in point 8 of the technical specification. Activity 3: Development of new functionalities of the system. Within this activity, the Contractor should audit, technologically and functionally upgrade the InBulMarS system, including the external user module, to ensure higher performance, better usability, better exchange traceability and full compatibility with the national CISE node.
