Description

The subject-matter of the framework agreement is the purchase of food or a certain category of food products which originate, at least in part, from organic production, including the following range of products: fruits and vegetables, meat products and dairy products, both fresh and preserved, taking into account the specifics of the Hospital and the diagnosis of hospitalized patients. NOTE : In accordance with Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority is to set 1 deadline – the limit within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the tenderers’ requests for clarification/additional information as follows: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information 14 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
