Description

The contracting authority wishes to select one tenderer, who will act as a knowledge partner for the functional management of AFAS Online. The tenderer must provide the contracting authority with solicited and unsolicited advice on AFAS Online and the above-mentioned modules. The tenderer has a multidisciplinary team available with specialist knowledge of the various modules within AFAS Online with the corresponding knowledge and experience with the processes. The contracting authority is looking for a collaborating partner to carry out the functional management of AFAS as a service, providing support to the functional management department of the contracting authority. The tenderer has sufficient capacity (flexible employability) so that a consultant of the tenderer with specialist in-depth knowledge can also take up other related work for the client in order to prevent stagnation of the functional management of AFAS Online. Within the scope of the services requested, the following tasks will be carried out: • Providing professional and specialist knowledge and expertise about AFAS Online; • Providing 2nd line helpdesk support during office hours (from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) (indication: about 15 reports per month); • Three (3) sessions of four (4) hours per month of on-site consultancy; • Proactive advice on AFAS (e.g. through product demonstration); • Implementation and handling of changes (RFCs) (indication: 3 changes per month, on average 2 to a maximum of 4 hours per change); • Every year, the tenderer performs a quality check on the various modules by a professional expert. The tenderer shall draw up a report with recommendations, which shall be provided to the contracting authority and evaluated between the two parties.
