Description

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity – supply with distribution service – in the period from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2026 – to 54 collection points (PPE) with balancing service. 2. The total estimated volume of electricity being the subject of the contract, determined on the basis of consumption data in the last 12 months, is approx. 2,874,881 kWh. The above figures are indicative. The amount of electricity was estimated on the basis of historical data on electricity consumption and taking into account the actions taken by the contracting authority referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 7 October 2022 on special solutions for the protection of electricity consumers in 2023 in connection with the situation on the electricity market, taking into account electricity generated in Microinstallations and used by Prosumers (estimated self-consumption). The Contractor must take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. The reduction or increase in the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting authority (customers) other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed and transmission services in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff. The estimated amount of energy indicated is the amount that the contracting authority intends to purchase and does not include electricity produced (and used) on its own. 3. A micro-installation – photovoltaic panels – is installed in all buildings. For all EPPs, Recipients have the status of Prosumer. 4.
