Description

For the building of the District Court of Kiel, built in 1915-1916 and 1979-1984, all furniture in the judges' rooms and in the meeting rooms will be exchanged in connection with the introduction of electronic file management. In this context, the media technology, including the supply lines, will be expanded and renewed. Furthermore, measures are planned to upgrade the acoustics and lighting as well as a window replacement on the 1st floor on the rear facade sides to the courtyard. Also in 1. Upstairs, two existing wet rooms will be converted into a barrier-free toilet and a gender toilet, as well as the renovation of the atrium. The existing ventilation system on this floor will be renewed and technically adapted. A pollutant remediation is carried out before the start of the shell construction work.
