Sweden-Gothenburg: Special-purpose road passenger-transport services
Framework contracts starting in 1.8.2016 cover bus and coach journeys with drivers for the following sub-area:
1. Fixed school bus service SDF Norra Hisingen.
2. Fixed school bus service SDF Västra Hisingen.
3. Other bus and coach journeys.
The description and scope of the respective sub-areas (tested, evaluated and allocated separately) are set out in FIFG Annex 1, Pris and Production.
This is an estimated volume at present and should therefore only be seen as a benchmark. The real outcome may be both higher and lower and no guaranteed volumes are left. During the term of the contract, changes may take place on the basis of political decisions, business/organisational changes, etc. that may affect the needs, volumes, number of contract users or delivery points. Activities relating to the framework agreement area may be carried out on their own account. In such cases, the Framework Agreement will be seen as a complement to its own activities.
In Subdivisions 1 and 2, the following shall also apply:
The supplier has the possibility/freedom to plan its routes/rotations on the basis of the requirements for stops, times and pupil numbers set out in Annex 1, Pris and Production. However, the maximum duration of a single passenger (school pupil) shall not exceed 50 minutes per loop/trip. Any connection trips to stops (belonging to the exceptions) listed in the respective route/trip in Annex 1, Pris and Production may be made by another supplier or on his own account.
