Description

La consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'Appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit de la construction de 29 logements collectifs sociaux (R+6) et d'une résidence d'accueil composée de 26 logements (sur R+4). Cet ensemble est posé sur un sous-sol R-1 composé de 29 emplacements. Il est prévu un local commercial en RDC de la résidence accueil qui sera destiné à un cabinet médical. La durée des marchés débute à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage des travaux jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement. A titre indicatif, la durée prévisionnelle des marchés est fixée à 24 mois
