Le présent marché concerne l'impression des magazines Info Levallois, Info Levallois Pré-Inscriptions, Info Voyages. Il est soumis au Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par le terme « le Code ». Qualifiés de marché de service, il est soumis aux dispositions du CCAG » Fournitures Courantes et Services ». Il est passé selon la procédure de l'appel d'offre ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 et R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code. Il constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Le marché sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de quatre années, reconductions comprises.
