Description

Der Auftragnehmer soll das anstehende Ausbietungsverfahren zur Veräußerung des Kraftwerk Frimmersdorf fachlich begleiten und den Auftragnehmer bei den aufkommenden Fragestellungen zur Flächenentwicklung während des Ausbietungsverfahren begleiten. Dem Ausbietungsverfahren ging ein über 3 jähriger Entwicklungsprozess mit unterschiedlichen Akteuren voraus, u.a. wurde in 2 Werkstattverfahren der Umfang des Denkmalschutzes und die Nachnutzung des zentralen Kraftwerksbaus herausgearbeitet. Aufgabe des Auftragnehmers ist es die Erkenntnisse dieser Fachplanungen zueinander in Bezug zu setzen, mögliche Konfliktpunkte aufzuzeigen und zu lösen sowie die Erkenntnisse in einem iterativen Prozess in das Ausbietungsverfahren einzubringen und zu bewerten.
