Description

On two plots of land on Harthauser Straße in Munich-Harlaching, GEWOFAG is planning the construction of a residential building in timber/wood module construction and an underground car park on behalf of the municipal unit. The measure comprises a total of about 25 rental apartments on approximately 3.000 m² floor space. The 2 to 5 room apartments are to serve as factory rental apartments for municipal employees and employees/members of the cooperation partners. The underground car park has about 20 parking spaces. A mobility concept is not applied. A reduction of the pitch key to 0.6 should be sought. The building must be implemented in the energy standard EH 40. A maximum occupancy of the roof area with photovoltaics is to be carried out. Biodiversity roofs should be sought on all roof areas unsuitable for photovoltaics. There is an approved preliminary ruling.
