1. The subject of the contract is ‘Expansion of the blade DELL server environment with manufacturer’s warranty and contractor’s service and delivery of VMware time licences’. 2. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the FTZ. 3. The manner of performance of the contract is specified in the draft Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ. 4. The contracting authority requires that the contract be carried out in the scope of: delivery of the subject-matter of the contract referred to in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract together with guarantee documents and implementation up to 40 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and the Contractor's service for a period of 60 months from the date indicated on the delivery acceptance protocol with implementation
