Description

The purpose of this European open call for tenders is to conclude a contract with a contractor to carry out laboratory research for road construction works. This contract will be awarded to the tender offering the lowest price.
Justification for the choice of lowest price:
Quality requirements for the substantive work are laid down in the schedule of requirements. Tests are carried out in accordance with current CROW publications, NEN standards and RAW provisions and requirements in section 3 of the parent specifications. Time to run for review, inventory and acceptance studies are required.
Given the requirements, no added value is expected to be awarded on the basis of best value for money (BPKV).
This is a framework agreement. For the investigations:
further assignments have been given.
Settlement shall be made against the quantity exported
works.
