Description

Το Υφυπουργείο Πολιτισμού ζητά την υποβολή δήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος από φυσικά ή νομικά πρόσωπα που διαθέτουν προς ενοικίαση κτήριο για τις ανάγκες μεταστέγασης της Κυπριακής Βιβλιοθήκης και συγκεκριμένα εντός ακτίνας 3 km από το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης της Λευκωσίας. Η περίοδος ενοικίασης θα είναι μέχρι τέλος του 2030, με δικαίωμα παράτασης για χρονική περίοδο που θα συμφωνηθεί από τα δυο μέρη. Το κτήριο πρέπει να πληροί τα γενικά και τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά ως περιγράφονται πιο κάτω. Οι υπό αναφορά εργασίες πρέπει να ολοκληρωθούν και ο χώρος να είναι έτοιμος για παράδοση εντός έξι μηνών από την ημερομηνία σύναψης Συμφωνίας Ενοικίασης. Επιπρόσθετα ο Ιδιοκτήτης θα επωμίζεται όλα τα έξοδα συντήρησης του κτηρίου καθ΄όλη τη διάρκεια ενοικίασης του κτηρίου.
