Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zagospodarowanie komunalnych odpadów wielkogabarytowych (200307), odpadów z czyszczenia ulic i placów (200303), innych odpadów nieulegających biodegradacji (200203), tworzyw sztucznych (160119), zużytych opon (160103), opakowań z tworzyw sztucznych (150102) pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych z terenu Gminy Tarnowo Podgórne, jak również zebranych w Punktach Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych, realizowane poprzez przetransportowanie odpadów ze stacji przeładunkowej położnej w miejscowości Rumianek, Gmina Tarnowo Podgórne, do miejsca zagospodarowania i ich zagospodarowanie w okresie od daty zawarcia umowy do dnia 30.09.2026r., zgodnie z obowiązującą ustawą o odpadach im innymi przepisami prawa.
