Description

AI 2025-0138 - Engineering and Architectural Services VSAL Client intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with one contractor (hereinafter: Contractor) for providing support to the municipal project team in the field of engineering and architectural services. The client is looking for a reliable, flexible and quality-conscious engineering firm with an independent architect as a collaboration partner. This collaboration partner will be linked to the project team Renewal Station Amsterdam Lelylaan (VSAL) to further design and realize project VSAL. Client is looking for a party that: ▪has a team that looks at and answers the advice and product questions expertly, but also integrally; ▪ has the necessary expertise available when needed; ▪good cooperation with the Client's team; ▪continuity of engineering services; ▪ ensures integrality, consistency and interface control between the different disciplines. This involves providing support to the municipal project team in the field of engineering and architectural services, in four phases: ▪Phase 1: Transfer phase (duration 3 months); ▪Phase 2: Elaboration of VO (duration 1 year); ▪Phase 3: Work out DO (duration 1.5 years); ▪Phase 4: Accompaniment realization phase (duration 4.5 years). These are indicative gross lead times, including holidays and public holidays.
