Description

Das Bauvorhaben umfasst die Komplettsanierung der Oberburg der Genovevaburg, im Zentrum der Stadt Mayen. Die Maßnahmen sind in die entsprechenden Gebäudeteile untergliedert: Das Amtshaus (A), das Brauhaus (B), Verbindungstrakt (C), Wehrgang (D) und dem Goloturm (E). Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Entkernungsarbeiten (Schutzmaßnahmen, Rückbau auf Rohbauniveau (schadstofffrei), Konstruktiver Rückbau (schadstofffrei), Rückbau und Abbruch (schadstoffhaltig) und Abfallentsorgung) sowie die Demonatage (Sanitär, Heizung, Stark- und Schwachstrom).
