PL-Żagań: planting and maintenance services of green areas
1. On-going maintenance and maintenance of the green areas owned by the Municipality of Żagań in urban status, for a period of 3 years from the date of conclusion of the contract. The scope of the service to be provided includes, in particular:
(1) tree scanning and cutting,
(2) purification of vegetal trees,
3 felling of dry and sick trees and shrubs,
4) refrigeration of bushes’ concentrates,
5) removal of windmills,
6) the purchase, setting and decoration of Christmas trees during the holiday period,
7) the removal of illegal dumps in urban green areas,
8) winter feeding of waterfowl,
(9) leaf harvesting,
10) recreation of green belts,
11) the restoration of park aisles and pathways in urban parks and green areas,
(12) plantings in gastropods and rebates (flowers, shrubs and trees),
13) baking, fertilisation and watering of discounts and swabs,
14) purification, excavation and slimming of the earth on discounts for perennial plants and aerated plants,
(15) the purchase of seedlings of trees and bushes and the carrying out of plantings,
(16) new lawns and lawn mowing,
(17) fertilisation, weed removal, trimming and shaping of hedges,
(18) collection and deletion of: cut grasses, harvested leaves, cut hedgerows, branches and other pollutants from green areas,
(19) the maintenance and replenishment of park benches and waste bins (basks) located in green areas,
(20) to protect perennial plants before the winter season.
The area of green land owned by the Municipality of Żagań in urban status is around 20 hectares.
2. In addition, the Contractor shall:
(1) carrying out maintenance and maintenance work on the green area:
(a) on cemeteries in Żagon, i.e.:
— ul. Kożchowska – two Soviet Army cemeteries,
— ul. Allied Aerodromes – acmentary of Russian soldiers,
— ul. Allied aeronautical – cemetery STALAG VIIIC,
— ul. Kożchowska, a house of German soldiers from World War 1, located on a municipal cemetery.
A total of 5 objects with a total surface area of approximately 3 ha,
(b) in municipal forest – about 104.9 ha,
(C) on the road lane of the municipal roads in Żagania.
(2) drawing up a proposal for monthly scopes of works, by the 25th day of the month preceding the month in question. Before each beginning of the new month, the contracting authority will approve the Contractor’s scope of work, including the order, scope and value of the works and the timing of their execution (typing of works);
(3) carrying out work in accordance with the horticultural arts, applicable legislation, Polish standards, rules of technical knowledge, due diligence, health and safety provisions, well-quality and aesthetically.
3. Additional information related to the performance of the subject matter of the contract:
(1) the scope of the work and the responsibility of the Contractor should also include:
(a) the organisation, development and maintenance of the works facilities,
(b) bearing the costs of purchasing, loading, unloading and storing the materials necessary for carrying out the work covered by the contract,
(C) the provision of equipment, together with handling, propellant and operational materials, necessary for the ongoing maintenance and maintenance of the green.
(2) the works covered by this contract will be carried out on the basis of a specific contract,
(3) the contractor will, on the basis of the price components indicated in the tender, draw up a tender estimate containing unit prices for the different types of works (which will be annexed to the contract);
4) the unit prices included in the tender estimate annexed to the tender submitted in the public contract will be used for the settlement of the works carried out. The performance of the scope of the works confirmed by the Contracting Authority will be settled on a monthly basis;
(5) for works for which unit prices have been agreed, the remuneration shall be the product of the quantity of work actually carried out, as confirmed by the Contracting Authority, by the unit prices;
6) The Contractor will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the subject-matter of the contract, in accordance with the scope of the works (acts to be carried out), the location and the time limit for their execution, as set out in the work selection protocol;
7) The Contractor shall fill in all the items included in the tender estimate, with the exception of: materials. The method of accounting for the materials used to carry out the work is specified in paragraph 4(a). 11 of the draft contract;
The tender estimate shows the annual unit scope of the work. Since the duration of the service covers three years, the Contractor shall multiply the amount obtained in the tender estimate.
8) The Contractor must have access to a storage facility – to store benches, garbage baskets, gastropods and firewood harvested from tree felling free of charge;
9) The contractor with whom a contract is to be concluded for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract must submit to the Contracting Authority, prior to the conclusion of the contract, an appropriate document on how to manage the collected municipal waste/e.g. a contract with an operator carrying out the activity of collecting municipal waste, or for waste management, possibly the relevant waste management permit/.
