Description

Deze opdracht betreft het transport van papier/karton van de drie overslagstations van IOK Afvalbeheer naar de verwerkingsplaats, zijnde Bongaerts, Europark 2036 te 3530 Houthalen. Deze opdracht heeft geen betrekking op de verwerving van papier/karton.
Deze opdracht kadert binnen de terugnameplicht van Fost Plus van huishoudelijk verpakkingsafval conform het Interregionaal Samenwerkingsakkoord van 4 november 2008 betreffende de preventie en het beheer van verpakkingsafval (het “Samenwerkingsakkoord”). Hiertoe heeft de aanbestedende overheid een overeenkomst afgesloten met Fost Plus, het erkend organisme voor huishoudelijk verpakkingsafval. Het is ook deze laatste die de prestaties voor 44% zal vergoeden die de dienstverlener levert in het kader van deze opdracht, de overige 56% van de prestaties zijn voor rekening van de aanbestedende overheid.
