The CINOR plans to control and improve the quality of the voluntary feeder service throughout its territory, by ensuring the permanent availability of terminals (anticipating overflows), and by having the means to monitor the continuous collection service to optimise the rotations of collection trucks and thus reduce the Co2 impact of this service.
In order to do so, CINOR wishes to use remote-management software and remote elevation probes to measure the level, by ultrasound, of the filling level of each airborne or buried terminal. These measures must be usable by remote-management software capable of setting a maximum parametrable filling threshold and, on the mapping of the locations, the probes must be able to indicate that the specified threshold has been reached. The frequency of daily data transmissions will be at least four emissions or more. The whole territory of the community will have to be covered by teletransmission. All overhead glass terminals (499) must be equipped with probes to transmit filling measurements usable by the remote-management software.
