The purpose of this open procedure, pursuant to Article 71 of Legislative Decree No 36/2023, is to conclude a contract with a single economic operator for the supply of plastic wire for the binding of waste bales produced at the TMB plants in Giugliano (NA) and Tufino (NA), for a period of 24 months.
