Description

Motala kommun avser att upphandla en digital förmånsportal som på ett effektivt och användarvänligt sätt hanterar friskvårdsbidrag, personalförmåner, cykelförmåner och liknande erbjudanden till våra medarbetare. Målet är att förenkla administrationen, öka nyttjandegraden av förmåner samt bidra till att kommunen upplevs som en attraktiv arbetsgivare. Lösningen ska vara flexibel, skalbar och möjliggöra framtida utveckling. Leverantören förväntas erbjuda en stabil plattform samt bidra med innovativa och värdeskapande funktioner som stödjer kommunens arbete med att attrahera, utveckla och behålla kompetens.
