Description

The subject of the procurement is a study to be carried out for the Ministry of Education and Culture to investigate the implementation and implementation of the reform of support for learning in basic education. The study is based on the implementation of the legislation on learning and school attendance support in municipalities and schools implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2023-2025. The research project monitors the implementation and functioning of group-specific support schemes and student-specific support measures in the practices of municipalities, schools and pre-primary education units in accordance with the revised legislation. The Ministry of Education and Culture reserves the right not to accept an offer if the offer does not comply with the invitation to tender or if there is another justified reason for not accepting the offer. The value of the procurement for the entire contract period is a maximum of EUR 1.5 million. Higher bids will be rejected.
