The municipality of Timișoara, together with the Romanian Archives Order, is organising a competition for architectural solutions for the public space, which is also the most central area of Timisarului. The winner of the competition will be invited to the negotiated procedure without prior publication in accordance with Article 104 (7) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, with a view to concluding the design service contract.
